The TightRope® ABS has revolutionized tibial ACL fixation by allowing surgeons to obtain strong, cortical fixation that can be continually tensioned. TightRope ABS also allows maximum graft-to-bone contact for improved healing* and comes in three different sizes for all tunnel diameters. Slots in the button allow easy loading of TightRope ABS loops and additional holes facilitate backup suture fixation and injection of biologics into the graft tunnel.
